When a video game system wins an Emmy Award, you know there's something special going on. For the second year in a row, the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences has awarded Nintendo with an Emmy Award for excellence in engineering creativity for the motion-sensing controls of the Wii. Here are ten Wii games that helped Nintendo earn kudos and that lay the groundwork for Wii games to come. Note that the Emmy was not awarded for overall quality of gameplay.
