Purging a few unwanted pounds of couch-potato podge is something that most of us would welcome considering the sedentary lifestyle that most gaming promotes, but Wii Fit yoga and aerobics might not fire the enthusiasm in a great many gamers – at least not the way the award-winning Wii Sports did.

Thankfully however, Wii Fit will arrive equipped with a selection of sports-based events with which to fully utilise the pressure pad and motion control combination and all-but guarantee a boosted sense of fun as well as a boosted heart rate and metabolism.
