WWE 2008 - "Where the game really lets itself down is its opponent A.I" - 7/10

Gameplayer has gone live with their review of WWE: Smackdown vs. RAW 2008, in which they praise the visuals and new modes, but are critical of the controls and A.I. It goes in-depth on the Wii and DS versions, too.

"Control. Control the ring, control your opponent, control the crowd. Wrestling is all about control and in the latest round of officially-licensed wrestling games from THQ, control is the unifying thread of innovation that ties them all together."
