Rock Band Beatles Unaffected By Michael Jackson's Death

Over the next couple years, the remaining estate of Michael Jackson will be evaluated by creditors and eventually sold or auctioned off to the highest bidder. This includes a 50% stake in Sony/ATV Music, a company that owns the publishing rights to the majority of the Beatles music catalog.

So what does this mean for the upcoming Beatles Rock Band game should ownership switch hands?
