Independent: My Fitness Coach Review

Independent: "January is the perfect time for hitting the gym, but if you prefer to get fit in the privacy of your own home, then this could work for you.

Unlike Wii Fit, My Fitness Coach doesn't utilise the Wii Balance Board. This might seem like an odd omission, but My Fitness Coach comes across more like a fitness DVD than the crazy games that make up the majority of Wii Fit's action. It features tons of workouts, a virtual personal trainer and could be a useful tool for weight-watching Wii owners."
