Mario, Mariners Mascot? (G&P)

Here's one ballgame fans don't want to see rained out:

"The action at Seattle's Safeco Field will be wilder than ever on Sept. 5 when video game icon Mario takes over the diamond. Nintendo will place interactive Wii game kiosks throughout the ballpark, inviting attendees to swing the wireless Wii Remote controller like a bat or make a pitching motion to throw a pitch. To heighten the excitement in the stands, nine lucky fans - one randomly selected during each inning - will win a prize package that includes a Wii system and a copy of Mario Super Sluggers."
