A quote from Brian Bright from Vicarious Visions, project director of Guitar Hero World Tour for the Wii: "The Wii doesn't use Line 6 effects in real time BUT we exported at least 10 different guitars sample sets for the Wii. So there will be many different guitar sounds and I believe all the keyboard and drum kits are on the Wii."
