Sunday Mercury Review: Pool Party

SM Writes: "GAMEPLAY is crucial to great or even good games. Get it right and you've got a classic, get it wrong and you've got a bomb.

And unfortunately Pool Party has got it very, very wrong.

At first hand, the Wii and table sports seems a match made in heaven.

The potential to have a game that's fun and involving seems a no-brainer. So what went so wrong with this title?

Yes, the Wii remote can be a difficult piece of equipment to master, but you should at some point be able to at least use it. The controls for Pool Party make you feel like you've had about seven too many."
