Nothing brings the family together quite like a good television game show, and that's the entire intention of Gameloft's first US-release on the Nintendo WiiWare channel. TV Show King is part quiz game, part Wheel of Fortune that's, obviously, a far better multiplayer game than it is a solo experience.
TV Show King has a great presentation but the quiz game design and writing do not quite reach the same level of quality. The bad bits stack up against the game: no buzzing in, stupid multiple choice options in the "normal" setting, and idiotic computer AI opponents who choose some of the more obvious wrong answers. As long as you bump up the difficulty and find some friends to join you in your gameshow career, it's worth a download.
