1UP: Target Terror Review

Target: Terror may have one redeeming value: The game's developers
In fact, the best buying advice 1UP could offer is to pick the game up from the bargain bin in a few months, along with copious amounts of liquor (if you're of age), and throw a Target: Terror party.
