New Details from Famitsu on Wii's Disaster: Day of Crisis

The game has been a long time in coming since it was announced prior to the Wii's launch at E3 2006. In fact, when the hammer fell on Project H.A.M.M.E.R., some feared the worst for what some consider to be an endangered species these days: A new IP from Nintendo (with Monolith Soft, of course).

But every now and then, something drops to let us know that the game is still alive, and this time, it's a glimpse at the title from Famitsu, who reports that the game is due in the Land of the Rising Sun come July, when the sun is at its rising-est, and for the US and Europe? Just "2008." Gee, thanks. Maybe it'll be here in time to get swept up in the holiday frenzy.
