He did! There is an entire Reddit thread now where many are thanking him for his help in Sony controversy. Hope he lands on his feet!

Like someone couldn't tell the difference. I might as well go write.

He did an amazing job and I hope he lands somewhere good too. He's a hero someone who cared about gamers.

He didn't get fired. The I wouldn't call the title clickbait. I would call it fake.

Standing up for his own company from a bigger company then gets demoted for doing his job as a community manager. At least he's still employed.

I hope Sony doesn't buy Arrowhead. They need to let them be. No corporate medlings and docking someone's pay for standing up form the ppl.

Wtf is going on with these companies?

Eonjay15d ago

I highly disagree but let me explain. It's fine if they remain independent but the work they have done with Sony has paid off in spades. It's like they hit the jackpot and that is only because they got to work with Sony's IP. In general even if you don't agree, you don't want to bite the hand that feeds you. Don't forget, this all happened because Arrowhead was being paid to do the game but couldn't get it to work. Sony was trying to help them. Then got broadsided and made out to be the bad guy.

Still the guy didn't lose his job so alls well that doesn't end in firing.

Helldivers 2 weapon rebalancing to get massive buff with studio’s new Chief Creative Officer

Pilestedt writes: "Very good question. First thing we got to do is ensure we get more devs time playing the game. It's hard to make the right decisions if the eyes aren't on the road.

Secondly, I want to ensure we actively look at the sentiment and create a holistic view of WHY feedback is given. And my working theory is that TTK is too high."

Some Helldivers 2 Players Can't Get Over Yet Another Delay

This isn't news... "People are angry, people aren't angry."

Would prefer they take longer to release content that is good than release mediocre content at a fast pace.

Sums up people nowaday, they complain if you releasing stuff without enough testing and then they get mad if you take your time to test.

Humans = complain/argue for about everything.

I've got roughly 140 hours in the game. Level 55, and agree that the game needs some kind additions to spice things back up. A vehicle would be great. Maybe two different kinds. One armed, and another more built for traversal. Give us the 3rd race. Maybe something to spend Requisition slips on. I mean I've been sitting at 50,000k for awhile since I've purchased everything that required it.

So basically you want different ways to do the same thing over n over? How bout we get a co op campaign or a raid series? That would make things a lot more fun.
