Raz Review: "Is it revolutionary or genre-defining? No. Is it going to
make you jump and possibly drop the controller? Highly likely. FEAR 2
is your basic shoot-em-up, mostly versus soldiers with a few haunted
areas full of gory ambiance and adrenaline-pumping moments.
While
good, it falls well short of being truly great. Don't get me wrong:
FEAR 2 has solid fundamentals, and I've spent a good many hours playing
it - but the scare factor is more of the 'BOO!' variety; where some
aficionados might prefer a bit more psychological terror (Bioshock, I'm
looking in your direction). I finished it in a couple of days, and the
multiplayer is singularly uninspired and tacked-on (likely copied from
games like COD4 and R6); there isn't even a profile screen. I won't
spoil the end, which feels very abrupt (and left me grumbling about 'to
be continued' style plots); but suffice to say a third sequel is more
than likely.
This is kind of like those Haunted House rides
where the scares are predictable and more closely resemble startlement
and surprise than genuine fear. But hey...I like Haunted House rides,
and while gameplay can get a tad repetitive, I still recommend picking
up a used copy or waiting for a price drop to add it to your
collection. At full price, however...I'd wait."

Sony has confirmed that there is something happening later this month and it involves SIE which is the division that operates PlayStation.
My guess, is they were waiting for the new CEO position to be finalized before their next showcase and now that's out of the way.
Johan Pilestedt calls the community-made mods where Buzz Lightyear, Master Chief, and Starlord fight a barrage of Lightning McQueen bugs 'hilarious.'
So cool! Now add this suit and i will buy the game now!
