ive played it, ive completed it and i think its the best game ive played in a long long while. even thou i kno this is my opinion i am still able to judge a game on how general players would see it and this game should be given no less than 9/10. why? because gameplay is great, story is great, online is great, there is no repeativness, superb twistin plot and online is awesome. this game can only be downgraded for long cutscenes (which adds tremendous depth to story and every cutscene say shouts quality. no bad thing but i can see why this can be downgraded). also some of the story can be lost on non mgs fans. and for this reason i think its a 10/10 for mgs fans and 9/10 for non mgs fans so a score of 9.5 is about right. View

nice to see a comment like that on here. anyway the list should have little big planet instead of uncharted. uncharted is a great game but lbp is gonna be big. this game single will bring casual and hardcore gamers to the ps3 and kick start a new genre of games. View

A bit quick to give it a negative review

if you pay for a monthly subscription then shouldnt this guy review after the month?? this guy had a negative view on qore even b4 it came out so he was always gonna give a biased review on it. personally i dont think i need it but some people might want it so the people kno what it offers so let people decide if they want it or not View

hold on a minute myabsolution. how do you work out the 360's best game? il tell you. by ratings. so all maverick done was state that you lost your best exclusive because thats your highest rated game which as won numerous awards. that doesnt sound like sombodys opinion. also you keep tryin to justify gears and halo being better by havin multiplayer. well im sure its a sum up of single player, looks and multiplayer and bioshock excells in 2 of those areas. im gonna stick up for maverick because ive read all your comment to him and all youve done it repeat yourself on pointless opinions. im sure some people will think gears or halo is their best exclusive but at the end of the day it comes down to facts and the fact is bioshock is your best rated game View

you need to calm down a little. he didnt actually say to much wrong. home would be released now if it wasnt for kaz. he delayed it because he wasnt happy with it. its not lyin, things do get unintentionally delayed. and when kaz took over they jus got delayed further. im glad it as. i think you jus want something to slag sony off for. another slow week in japan. jus noticed the 360 as the best game tie ratio after the ps2 lol. looks like another slow week in america to for the 360 and ps3. jus europe havin decent sales this month for the 360 and ps3 i wasnt expectin this so soon after the launch of gta. i guess gta aint the great console shifter i thought it was. ms sound desperate to me

I think the ms guy sounds desperate. this statement can only be said at the end of the ps3's life cycle. the only thing that as been a let down for ps3 fans was heavenly sword and lair but they was released early and sacrificed because of the shortage of games. sony have games now so they are takin their time to make sure they get it right. id rather that than get a rushed game. sony will mature in 2009 with a wealth of games. i personally havent been let down by sony. sony will produce what they promised. they will produce good games, they will produce home, they will produce free on line and the will carryin producin a quality product. as for ms being straight with customers what about when they said hd dvd was gonna win and then back out and pretend to be neutral when it looked bad for hd dvd. what about rrod what about overhypin halo 3 and what about all this sh#t they flung at sony....

i disagree with you crimson. this game is gonna be bigger than you think and a real showcase of what the ps3 can do. also this games expands the variety on the ps3 which will mean that the ps3 will become more intrestin to a wider audience. this along with lbp and singstar will also attract the more casual gamer. im lookin forward to it and im sure a number of people on here do to. Loosing faith

im actually startin to loose more faith in vgcharts after it showed the ps3 winnin evy week in NA in april only to be shown wrong when npd showed that actually the 360 beat the ps3 by under a thousand units. also recently ms them selves said that they are 5M infront but vgcharts show that the 360 is over 6.5M in front. anyway this is the nearest thing with have to a acurate unified world wide sales chart. the thing is people do believe it and it only fuels fanboy rants. if the companys had respect for each other then it would reduce fanboyism. but because they dont and they take a swipe at each other at every chance the fanboys from both side take a swipe at each other too. it needs to stop but it never will.
