I hate Best Buy....
Heres my story.
A few years ago we purchased a computer(I don't really remember the brand). We also purchased the extended warranty on it, so a few months after we got it the thing just crapped out and wouldn't work. We then proceeded to take it back to the store and were told we had to wait for a service rep to check it out. So, after waiting for 20 minutes for this rep it then took another 40 minutes for him to look at the computer and then another hour just to get another. Meanwhile all of the employees were extremely rude to us. So thats almost 3 hours sitting at Best Buy with rude employees just to exchange our computer through their warranty program.
