Hello gamers, I'm Dukester101, but most people just call me Duke for short.
I've been an avid gamer, pretty much my whole life. My gaming "career" started on the NES, and I progressed from that to the N64, PS1, PS2, Xbox, and finally the Xbox 360.
I'm no supporter of the MS corporation, and in fact, I run Ubuntu Linux on my home PC to prove it. I enjoy the 360, and all the features and games it has to offer. I'm well aware of the issues the 360 has, but the enjoyment I get out of playing the games I love far supersedes the pains of XBL and MS customer support.
I'm a fan of almost all games in general, whatever the genre. However, I mostly prefer (in specific order) RPG, RTS, FPS, Action/Adventure. My most recent favorites are the Halo series, CoD4, Oblivion, Mass Effect, and Viva Pinata.
I'm a moderator here at N4G, and have a large presence in the forums as well. I am also a proud supporter of the the United States Armed Forces, and other coalition militaries. I ship in November 2008 for the US Air Force Security Forces and I'll be gone until April 2009.
