Now why are you all fighting?? does it matter who outsells who? the way i see it i enjoy playing my 360 same as id anjoy playing my ps3 if i had bought one but you guys and girls who battle and flame over sales in japan need to go outside and get some fresh air start living in the real world and stop fighting over your multi billion dollar companies that can fend for themselves!!! i never noticed
this problem and i use the 360 for dvds all the time, there is one thing i have noticed though when i put in a dvd its not at 480p. i have a HDTV which displays the resolution when a new input is selected or the resolution changes, and when i put in a dvd it says 576p? i think thats right its 5 hundred and somthing P anyway ill check tonight. all the DVDs ive watched look awesome View

this isnt a fanboy rumour it it straight from the capcom annual report, i dont know if its definately coming to 360 i just thought it may be interesting to the intelligent gamers out there if you dont beleive it then thats fine, it has stoked my curiosity though.
and as for capcom being a japanese firm, it has no relevance they are a company, a company exists to make money which has been my point all along. besides i bet you wont complain when you get dead rising and lost planet. dont let brand loyalty to sony or MS cloud your vision....its all about the games View

well there has beeen a lot of different veiws about this. i have to say i expected some of the comments. if it does arrive on 360 then it will be because capcom want to make a few quid on a console with a good fanbase already installed. if it doesnt then im not bothered i will gewt it when i get a PS3. there is one thing to consider on the console exclusive issues though.
Before this gen sony were the outright leaders of the field no-one can argue with that but so much has changed over the last 12 m onths, sony still have a lot of brand loyalty but they have made a few mistakes which have alienated the casual gamers especially with the delays in europe and the such like. MS are still the underdogs but are doing well with no competition at the moment. if i were working for 3rd party devs looking at the market at the moment i would probably come to the conclusion that there are and will be no clear winners so its better to sit on the fence release multiplatform and rake in the cash. what would you do if someone said you could either make 5 million by releasing on one console or make 10 million by releasing on both? my point really is for all third party games dont rely on exclusivity for either console these guys are there to make money. the way i read it was that all next gen games would be multi platform to help spread the development cost. i may be wrong but hey i hope not!!! i love DMC and if it saves me having to fork out for a PS3 than great!! just need to get MGS and final fantasy now....mind you i doubt that would happen anytime soon so i may have to get one after all.....the missis is gonna hate me View

just one more thing. you sony guys keep spouting figure at us about 100m PS2 sold and stuff. as i said before i was a dedicated sony gamer and bought 4 console after they kept breaking. if everyone got through just half what i did that brings the sold figure down to a tamer 50m.

Not true i am afraid, i have been a sony gamer since PS1 released and i had 4 PS2. i was a true sony gamer. now i am the proud owner of a 360, the games are great and are getting better i have invested in some of the old xbox games and i have to say i missed out by sticking to sony. i will never make the same mistake again, but if you want to thats fine. now i am sure when the PS3 is finally released in my neck of the woods it will have some great games and i will get one when the price comes down a bit but for now i stick to my 360. you are not a gamer you are a fanboy which i was guilty of untill just over a year ago now i am a gamer, you see its not about the consoles its about the games, gamers want good games thats what i want to. you have just proven that you are not a gamer cos you do not take games for their own merits, if you had GOW, mass effect etc as an exclusive for the PS3 you would be raving about them. as it is they are bloody good games for a bloody good machine, and a lot of other people will agree with me. so if you really want to class yourself as a gamer then stop being so onesided and rate a game for what it is not what its on. sorry all i lowered myself to a fanboyish level for a minute there i just couldnt help it. i have no bias on either side of the war i own a 360 and will hopefully get a PS3 when the price drops in a year or so. it just drives me mad that people have to find the most pointless stupid things to try and have a dig at MS.
i think all fanboys should be put on a ship and sunk out in the mariana trench so the rest of us gamers can make posts that are actually interesting and/or relevant. View
