I wouldn't know what to tell the xbox 360 owners in Australia. Either get a ps3 or maybe get a hacked xbox 360. I'm really not too sure, all I know is that this ban in general is pathetic. Lets hope something get resolved. View

Its not illegal and there should be no fine
In Australia all they should be able to do it control what people are able to purchase in stores. But anyone who wishes to get the game from an import should be fine (I hope).

I'm glad that Canada doesn't have this problem but I would be so angry that one of the games I'm most looking forward too this year isn't going to be sold in the country. It may not do anything but I'll sign the petition anyways. View

Its definately a good thing but...
Oblivion had over 50 hours of recorded dialogue so its not unheard of. Anyways looking forward to seeing the game in action more and hopefully they can pull it off with every intention they set out to do this time! View

Fallout 3 I think will be different
I don't think this game is going to be required for anyone to play it on any system in particular. Bethesda has released on consoles and have done an amazing job. Fallout 3 is (from what I know) going to be based on Oblivion esc style gameplay, obviously it will have upgrades and differences because of the world they are playing in but I dont think that people will say that the PC version will be that much better. The first two were much different than this one and the lead console is the 360 (i think). Im thinking (and hoping) that the experience will be almost the same if not exactly identical no matter what system you play it on.

BUT modding is another story, but for the main purpose and use of the game I think that everyone in every camp should be satisfied with the outcome.

One quick mention thou, for nostalgic purposes perhaps the PC would be better! View

They have showed the game in motion to a select few I think. Lets hope that we see some this coming E3. I have high hopes for this game, I'm glad Bethesda is doing it, but I do hope that they learned from their mistakes in Oblivion. View

They should come out with some sort of Halo 3 crab juice...well actualy they should probably come out with crab juice first seeing how I dont think it exists yet.

This crap must stop, honestly does it matter who wins? As long as good games come out for each systems and people are having fun what does it really matter who wins. Last generation the gamecube (in total numbers)lost (also leaving out the dreamcast), but I played it just yesterday and had tons of fun with my friends. There is only one good thing about console wars and that is that the companies strive to make their platform the best, meaning cheaper prices and better games. So as gamers who should care about who wins because the only people who really can loose are the corporations (unless of course somehow you buy a console that isn't one of the big three).

So screw all you people who fight without cause. Think about where you will be in 10 years. Will you really care about who won? and did it really effect your life?

So just drop it.

But of course there will be those who argue. Well have fun with that, but take your pointless criticism somewhere else. View

Hey I do know how it feels, actually mine in the shop right now! haha. But yes it sucks, I purchased my 360 and it broke down right away at first. But at least now mircosoft is owning up to it. It doesnt make it right still but at least now they have (hopefully) fixed the problem.
Im actually just mad of all the pointless arguing that take place on this site. and also how if there was a story that said "Breaking News: Ps3 is better than the 360!" it would go right to the top, even if it was based on nothing. Hopefully people get over this whole console war expecaily when we are just gamers looking for a good game to play. View

Well it wouldnt be dumb to choose a ps2 over a ps3 if...
If the person didnt have much money and was more of a casual gamer then the ps2 is dirt cheap and the games are dirt cheap. So for alot of people its the better choice. Expecially with the game library its built up.

Update: Why disagree with me? I said IF...unless you mean purchase the Wii because I guess that could be another option. View

Your only defense is that it breaks down? And now that the problem seems to be fixed with the heat sinks and the latest models that means that this christmas they will be getting good 360's. I'm sure you can come up with something better than just that.
