I don't know why people are singing Sony trumpets. It's annoying. Last year we knew the PS3 would be competing tightly with the 360 in terms of sales but to over-take the 360 in the short-term we all agreed that it would need to come close to a 2:1 ratio of sales. It has not done that once this month, where it needed to every month of this year to be matched or have overtaken the 360 by sometime 2009.
But it outsells it more than 20,000 - 100,000 and people are getting thrilled? It's a start but Microsoft know and Sony it's not the golden ticket the later had hoped for. I just hope that people realise this too and take a look at the install base of both platforms.
