@HHG
"There's tons of games on the Wii that fall short of this goal and if those same games can possibly do better else where then it's a great chance that the Natal along with sony's magic wand will become more of a focus. "

You do realize that to even TAP INTO the Natal pool with the XBOX 360, developers have to first estimate how many people will even BUY the NATAL peripheral to even be able to play their games.

It's going to be tougher to get return on investment on NATAL than on Wii. Good luck selling a $100+ peripheral (we know their high pricing scheme) to 30M gamers. View

Natal won't work for games that require many commands. Try making your guy "jump" without controls, or even barrell-rolls or flips. You're going to get pretty bored of pointing with fingers or doing hand gestures after a while. At least the Wii has a command interface that allows for buttons and an analog stick.

I only see Natal as an interface with the operating system and not really gear towards big games. You'll probably see more Wii Sports-like games than anything else. View

Once the Playstation 3 hardware price drops by $100, you'll see MASSIVE sales for the platform, worldwide (assuming worldwide price drop). View

Why's this only about trophies and not achievements as well? In fact, achievements have been going on for a lot longer than trophies have. View

Why is it written as if it has gone and passed?

"Was"...

They still are pushing with new IP (and traditional IP). View

"That's a typo. Check the trailer - 'exclusively on Xbox 360 and PC.'

-Cheers"

I didn't know a mistyped store on the keyboard could produce placeholder boxart for the Playstation 3 and upload it to the EA website... wow (no wonder they can't dev for the PS3) View

That guy looks like a farmer :S

On topic: He goes on and on about the architecture of the PS3... Wonder if he knows anything about the CELL+RSX combo that's going on inside there, I also wonder if he's ever talked to Naughty dog who seems to be getting a LOT out of that "bottleneck" which is the RSX. View

With games getting bigger and bigger, do they honestly think people will wait for a 9GB-50GB game to download when they can just go out and grab it off the shelves?

That coupled with digital-insecurity about failing hard drives or lack of hard drive space (and corporations charging insane amounts for small hard drives) will delay this "gaming-gone-digital-100% " stuff.

Forget about MP3s and Videos which range from 3-1000MB, that's nothing compared to the bandwidth of millions of 9-50GB software packages. View

Played through the game 4 times on PS#, didn't bother me one bit. Great experience.

Although I'd have to say that whoever programmed the engine's PS3 side SUCKS. Find some new devs/engineers Terminal Reality... View
