With time and google, you can find out who is related to you. It's called birth cert. it's public infomation.

What's the big deal in knowing who is related to you anyway? View

I posted this yesterday
and it was denined. No hard feelings or anything but, can someone please tell me what I did wrong so i can fix it next time? Sometimes it feels like this place has a feel staff members and some like some articles, while others dislike the same ones. Maybe i'm way off? I don't know. I just like this site and want the best way to post news from my site.

the flame war over consoles started with nes and sega mega drive, then heated up with the snes and the next gen sega machine.

But it's roots lie in the mac/pc debate. (:

Either way, who cares who started it? Are we in second grade?

"But Kenny hit me first!"

What matters is who's going to end it. How can you end it?

By not adding fuel to the flame and promote good gaming everywhere.

By supporting a consumer's right to choice.

By writing responses that promote equally non-basised responses.

By not stating the obvious over and over (that people flame your system).

By not clicking on new items that aren't of interest to you.
Funny thing is there are many, many ways ways to combat this which you complain so much about. And so few ways to add to the actual problem.

Ultimately competition breeds better gaming for us all. It's in the consumer's best interest for all gaming companies to do extremely well. When the competition does well, it forces better prices and better games for all.

Think about it. Sometimes I wish I could start a new movement. A new kind of fanboy and fangirl. It's called the gamer. People who are fans of games. Period. View

Cancel this story because it's already been publish here. Sorry about the double post. With X06 going on I have over 40 stories I'm writing, publishing, submitting ect.. and mistakes happen.
I hope the site staff and the community understands.

"done with the help of a classic masterpiece" <-- lol you got to be kidding! (: But the menu options are nice. (: I had the first HD-Dvd player on the market but took it back because of bugs. I surely hope this one will be pretty close to bug free on release. View

I believe so. With the more expensive version coming with HDMI cables. But HD out of the box for both versions yes. If I am wrong, please correct me.

Umm.. Eternal E 808, you're the one who is mistaken. The Xbox core comes with Composite AV Cables (Soruce: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/h... ) as oppose to Component HD AV Cables.

According to Xbox.com "The cable features a single composite video input (yellow RCA connector) supporting standard interlaced (480i) video signals.

While the Component HD AV Cables plays HD.

Side note: What's up with the trend of insulting someone about not know wtf they are talking about, when the insulter doesn't really know wtf they are talking about? View

Why is HDMI a big question? You do not lose quality and all the studios are supporting comp. HD. So why is this even a worry? (Besides people with too much money like me, who likes to have one cable for video and audio) View

Where are you getting your info/source that the PS3's Blu-Ray "only supports 1080p mainly" ? Not to offend but, I do believe this is misinforming. View

So far (I know I'm going to be buried for this comment) the blu-ray supports on this page make much better sense than the hd-dvd ones. At least on the movie front. Anyone who has been following hd-dvd even somewhat closely knows that this isn't "news". But at least it spurs a good debate. And one more thing, "TheMart" you comments come off like a blind fanboy, I hope everyone knows that not every Xbox 360 supporter is this way. DJ & TheThinker, very nice comments. View

Regarding widescreen and ditching the vison for this
PAUL CERULA, you do know it still displays at 4:3 and not 16:9 right?

And, OutLaw I would think long and hard before doing that. In fact Creative just released a new player to counter the Zune. It's called the W:
http://creative.com/product...

p.s. Thanks OutLaw for the thanks! lol I spend many, many hours a week working on that site and I get thousands of people coming through and you're like the 3rd person to say thanks. I thought an ad-free site that focuses on quality posts would get a little more attention than it has. :/ View

But it would mean, it is plugged into a power source, just not a tv. Why does it need to be plugged in at all? It's a picture! lol

Again, not being serious. Just thought it would be fun to post. View

No it doesn't. In fact the post here is a little miss leading (just a tad bit), you can still watch 1080p movies on the lower priced verison. Just not with all the DRM flags flying. Meaning, when the studios decide to limit some movies they will be able to do so. And you can't watch those. But, this isn't likely for a few years due to a recent pack the studios have made to not do so for the first few years.

ugh.. I hope I'm clear enough on this for you guys. :/ View
