I Don't Believe...
that Devil May Cry 4 outsold the original Devil May Cry even with two different platforms. View

Actually GS does re-shrink games...
I used to work there for almost a year and on the holidays parents didn't care if a game had a seal or not, all that mattered was if it was in plastic. Most casual people who end up buying these games for others doesn't look for anything but the wrapping. Plus PSP,DS,PS2, and i think even the ps3 games doesn't always ship with the sealed copies, just ones with the shrink wrap. View

For all of the people who say to always buy the wrapped copy...
Most Gamestops have shrink wrapping machines in the back. So they can easily play a new game, bring it back, shrink wrap it, and you'll never know. Its messed up, but honestly its not that big of a deal for me. View

No mention of Final Fantasy VIII are you serious?
The pool was a good moment, but Squall jumping into space to save Rinoa completely crushed any romantic scene in any video-game ever. The game had so many romantic moments its pathetic that it never gets mentioned. View

So wait...
Your telling me the Xbox 360 is better because you can download a free swimsuit? Yeah... uh and I am not going to even to say a lot to the whole "MS is about quality gaming experiences" comment. All I have to say they may allegedly be all about quality gaming experiences, but apparently they missed the hardware part. Going on my 5TH 360 and counting; I'm allowed to be bitter. View

Uh Nai...
"tell me, if i have to put up with all your moronic ps3 owners, why would i want the system, tell me."

"FYI i could really care less about being called a fanboy. i own mutiple systems, and i enjoy them. i only say crap, cause its so fun pissing you guys off. not to mention so easy."

Little contradition their Nai. Your above statement states you don't own a PS3 yet, and then your bottom statement says your not a fanboy because you own multiple systems. Hmmm I am guessing out of your multiple systems you don't have a PS3; in which you critized. Thus complaining about a system that you don't own makes you a fanboy in many ways.

Also i love how you defend yourself by saying your just saying crap. Although I do agree that you are you then claim your doing it on purpose, in which its so funny because I know that isn't true. So your wrong, a fanboy AND a liar. Wow sucks to be you right now. View

Are you serious Nai?
"same goes for sony idiot. how many ideas do they have that they stole from nintendo and sega. you sony fans have your eyes shut, and your asses open."

So then I guess Nintendo stole the CD disc idea from Sony too? Companies use ideas if they work even if they didn't think of them themselves.

"keep in mind, A. sony did not make the first analog, nintendo did, the first ps1s did not ship with it. sony and nintendo where working to gether untill true and noble sony said, "nope" we are going to screw you and make one our selfs. same for there customer support. if it was so great then. A. why do they have to take items out of home. B. shut down your game servers."

Sony might have used the analog idea from Nintendo, but guess what? Sony did used it a lot better than Nintendo did. N64 controllers were horrible. Also you need to read up on the Sony/Nintendo collaboration. Because last I checked it was Nintendo who abandoned Sony behind their back and teamed up with Philps soon after.

Also Sony has as much right as taking items out of home as Microsoft charging you money to play online with your friends. Also to my understanding all those items werent items you paid with your own money. It was just free items. As far as servers go its still a beta..hence the "Beta" logo next to the Home name.

"also Home is just a cheaper version of second life. and if you deny that your a idiot.
and last. the ps2, is a cheap system in its own, new systems dont have backwards compantabily. so what your paying 400$ to play MGS4m LBP, and KZ2, and thats really it. nothing else that is major or cant find a similar experience, and dont go, its a cheap blue-ray... they just had blue rays at my hastings for 189.99 and they where sony brand, not cheap ones."

Never even heard of Second Life until I started using this site. Of course Home from what I understand is free....so what is your problem exactly? As far as the 400 dollar price tag; I honestly don't feel like listing all the things why. In fact the same could be said about the 360 and Wii with the way you critized PS3's price.

Here let me show you... the Xbox is a cheap system in fact so cheap you can't even find them new at any retail stores anymore due to it being a failure in Microsoft's eyes. Also the 360's has limited backwards compabilties, so what your paying 200 dollars for with no harddrive just to play Gears and Halo and that's really it. View

Why does everyone have MGS2 on the bottom of their list?
That really bothers me considering MGS2 was the first game to really show how a game can rival a movie in terms of visuals and storytelling. People tend to look down on it because of Raiden; while I may agree that might have been a mistake, the game was still amazing. Not to mention MGS2 set up the awesome conclusion for MGS4; with plenty of plot twists all the way until the end.

Considering I don't comment on this site often; MGS is just too amazing to voice my opinion on this. As far as bosses MGS3 takes the cake, as far as music MSG1 has a classic soundtrack that will last a lifetime, but MGS4 I felt took that award from the very moment you start up the disc. Story-line is difficult to say, but I think MSG4 was the weakest out of three, but had the best game-play. I would say the list should be...

1. MGS1- Started the whole badass character Snake and the epic story.
2. MGS2- A completely worthy sequel that took everything from MGS1(Minus the Snake) and made it so much better. In my opinion it showed games could be taken seriously.
3. MGS4- Maybe because it recently came out this year, and its still fresh in my memory, but the soundtrack, visuals, and gameplay blew me away. While it has the weakest story-wise in the series it was still damn good, and ended the series right.
4. MGS3- A lot of people love this game, but just something about the game just didn't stick with me as much as the top 3. The bosses was the standout and I loved the story, but it really didn't change that much game-play wise, and I felt like it kind of played it safe; in a amazing sort of way.

Sorry for the long rant. View

This is the reason why I got my PS3, and i was so right not to doubt Quantic Dream. It also helps that it reminds me of of Shenmue, and man that makes me too excited. View

In My Eyes...
This generation didn't start until 2007. We had the Xbox 360 come out late 2005 with no "next gen" competition. Then we had both Nintendo and Sony come out with their systems late 2006. So actually in my opinion everyone should mark 2007 as the start of this gen, and that makes it seem like the years 2013-2015 seem a lot more realistic in a business sense, since gaming is becoming a lot more mainstream. Who Even Cares?
I am getting this game no matter what anyone thinks of it. This is one of the main reasons why I bought a PS3, and I wouldn't care if it got 1/10 or 1 hour install times whatever... I just want to play, enjoy, and beat that game already; I have been waiting too long for this just for people to try and give it something negative. View

Ugh...
Why do they keep messing with my emotions with this game? Honestly this is that piece of news that annoys me just like the FF7 remake news. I hate rumors about things like this. Stop getting my hopes up, because I am trying to accept that Shenmue III isn't going to happen. When something says "OFFICAL" or "CONFIRMED" then I'll mark the hell out, but till then just leave my Shenmue series alone. View

It probably won't sell, but made by EA or not this game looks really good for me. I like original games ala Indigo Prophecy, Breakdown, DreamFall etc. View

I Dont Know About You Guys....
But that is long enough for me. I tend to immerse myself in a game such as this in my first play-through; so I know it will take me much longer to complete and enjoy this game. Not to mention the bonus content, different difficulties settings, and online play; 9-10 hours seems just right to me. View

Ninja Gaiden II and Halo Wars...
Will be the only flops on that list. People may disagree with me about NG II, but honestly it looks and plays from what I've seen just like Ninja Gaiden on the first Xbox, and that turns me off. Even the visuals from what I've seen looks exactly like Ninja Gaiden Sigma. Lastly Halo Wars is an RTS; the only RTS I will tolerate is EndWar enough said. View

I Disagree.....
Paying $500 for a Core Console and two games: Halo 3 and GTAIV is not even close to being worth it. The PS3 + GTAIV is a lot cheaper and Microsoft seriously must be insane if people are that stupid to pay 500 dollars for the cheapest sku you have on the market. By the way should I mention the pro packaged at $679.00? That is just ridiculous. View
