I would say no.
It's just a notch above an average shooter.
I completed the main quest on 'Hard' in about 10 hours with almost no incentive to play it through again.
The online works, however has some appalling spawning (on TDM enemies can spawn directly in front of you) & bad stat keeping. For some reason Haze keeps track of your total kills but not deaths, so you cannot work out your K/D ratio, a personal fav.
Haze is good, however it doesn’t do anything which hasn’t been done much better elsewhere.
