@ Aclay

You make a very good point. Unfortunately, Gamestop is one of the leading providers for gaming. You also mention Amazon.com where you pre-ordered yours. Killzone 2 has fallen in sales there as well. As far as ads, they should be hitting us now. Gears 2 ads were hitting TVs long before the game came out. Halo 3 ads too. LBP and MGS4 ads as well. Killzone 2 is one of the biggest heavy hitters for the PS3 and the article is reflecting on why Sony is seriously dropping the ball on this one as well as the game not being able to live up to the target trailer expectations. The main complaints you see about the game aren't the graphics as much, but the gameplay itself as well as the story and dialogue.

You seem very much like a Fanboy yourself. How can you proclaim yourself as a 'Gaming God'. Gen Digi has written multiple hit articles. Check your facts before you tout your nonsense. View

You had a chat with a hacker who was controlling your computer? Wow. I have to say...that's pretty sweet and nerve wracking at the same time. View

You're right my friend. I do agree with your point. Unfortunately, in the real world, the evil Media controls the minds of those who can't think for themselves. If the Media says "Sony is losing the console war" then millions of people who are not "True self thinking gamers" will get it into their heads that "Sony bad so I no buy". That's the way it works. My example...As soon as all the great reviews of Killzone 2 (Especially IGN's review) came out, Killzone 2 jumped to the #1 spot on Amazon. For everyone who says "Sales numbers aren't important" then why are so many people hung up on "Review numbers"? Why is there so much crying about review scores? They're not even real numbers, they're opinions. View

Wow. For all you who don't care so much about sales, then I'm wondering why so many studios are closing. Because they're so successful right? Wonder why so many developers went to the 360. Because they were so successful on the PS3 right? It's business. Consoles aren't supposed to make the business, software is supposed to. Sony is losing money on consoles sold. Nintendo is making money on consoles sold. 360 is just getting money from console sales, software sales and Xbox Live. So what type of business stays in last this generation and expects developers to be happy about that? It cost a lot of money to develop these games and they're basically taking a gamble on making their money back and getting that thing called 'Profit'. If Sony doesn't sell well, then Developers jump ship or go multi-platform. Final Fantasy XIII is a perfect example. The media says PS3 is losing, then most of the world will take that as fact (Unfortunately) and that hurts Sony badly. Word of mouth people...word of mouth. I'm glad none of you are in business for yourselves because you have no clue. View

I think people should care. How much of a gamer would you be if Microsoft was the only console on the Market (Monopoly) and they charged whatever they wanted, gave you sub par games (no competition from other consoles) and ran the industry into the ground? Don't say it can't happen cause Sega had been making quality consoles and games for a long time then...gone! View

I definitely agree with what you said. The point though is that these are the games that propelled the Xbox 360 to where it is. Bioshock was exclusive to the 360 at one point, Oblivion was a very important launch title as well. During those times, there was no price cut. View

It looks great! I'm hoping that it lives up to the hype. I'm glad it's taking a familiar, yet different direction. View

I've loved my 360 ever since I got it. I have no regrets! View
