A visit to N4g is often irritating. If it isn't being stalked by people who disagree with you or bubble popping out of spite it's those friggin talking banners. I am absolutely getting fed up with my computer telling me I can win any number of stupid crap devices by clicking on said object.
N4g has it's fingers on the pulse of gaming ... more or less. We all know advertising is an essential part of this. Banners pay for the site. A site many of us spend too much time on. How many times has anyone else had to close a window merely because the dang thing started spouting something in a low quality flash waveform? The people on this site are infuriating to begin with. I don't need that feeling multiplied by having my computer yell at me every time I click a news story.
It is distracting and the more times this happens the more I just want to stop visiting the site. I don't like being advertised to to begin with, but when the dang things start screaming for attention literally, they are crossing a line.
In conclusion Someone needs to do something about this... any suggestions
