ok so microsoft will not let you remove ur CC from their system, ok lets say thats how they do things, first time i have seen such a system, a person should be able to remove his CC information just like how he added it.

really with all M$'s problems ppl should just know by now that the company is just going down with problems, the console it self is crap, now after buying that piece of crap and returning it a couple of times this shows up as another failure of their service, u cant gave a gold account with out a hotmail account why??
there are ppl who uses gmail or other services why not let the ppl decide which e-mail they can use, or atleast not to make them lose their stuff by making all gold subscribers e-mails not expire

they just want you to pay for the repairs and so they made an update to break the already broken system, Sony had a similar problem made a firmware that broke some ps3's but they fixed it with another firmware, why cant Microsoft just admit it?

coz they want you to buy it then repair it and pay more and more, pay for online services, cant play with your friends without paying, pay for repairs and not only once,ull never know when they will make another update to break it so u have to again pay for it to be repaired.

really, why would i or anyone else just keep putting him self in this problems, if MS cant make something as they say it should be, and make something that always brakes or scratch ur discs, why buy it in the first place, they know about its problems why not just recall all the 360s and really redo w/e is wrong with it and sell some quality products to the ppl who bought it, don't say that there are too much of money lost in the proses, who's mistake is it? MS or the ones who bought the console in the first place? i would say both, MS for making such a device which wouldn't do as they say it would and breaks up and scratch the game discs and for not doing something about it, and the ppl who still buys them even tho they know that it has problems, why should we just keep putting our selves in this???
just look at Sony, w/e they make its a quality product and if it has a problem they would recall all of it lose money yes but keep the trust of the ppl who buys their products.

look at Sony, they found out about some problem with their laptops they had to recall all of them i dun remember the full details but its something like that, they had some problem with another device they also recalled it just to give the consumer the thing he paid for, not something that would brake, and brake by what, a game that was made for it, or a service given by the same company that made the console, and if your warranty is finished u would have to pay for their own mistake???
