Yup, when it comes to money- being a pc gamer means putting quite a lot cash into it. But once you get a decent machine, you're going play games with good frame rates for about 1,5- 2 years. And I mean high quality setings. Of course- games like Crysis or (it seems like it) Assassins Creed are power-hungry, but you stil have the comfort of not having to rely on one hardware setup, being able to change diffrent parts. It's an advantage rather than a con. It's also worth mentioning that having one and only one hardware setup- like the consoles- is a good thing, because it's easier to make apps for it, but that is not the point :P. And you can use your PC as a not-only-for-games machine. I'm aware that consoles keep getting those little nifty features like wifi or such, but let's be honest- it's not like on the PC. And that is a good thing, as those are two diffrent pieces of hardware for diffrent people. And it would be the best solution for all of us to be able to afford both the PC and a console. Cheers ;)
