If it's good, I'll play it! I currently play games cross platform PS3/360/Wii and often dig up my older consoles for some nostalgia. Though I wouldn't call myself a fanboy I play most of my games on the PS3 for this generation and keep purchases on the 360 and Wii to FIRST PARTY and/or EXCLUSIVE releases with only slight deviations on the rule.
Some of my favorite games include The Legend of Zelda (series), Castlevania (series), Shin Megami Tensei (series), Ryu ga Gotoku (aka Yakuza series), Way of the Samurai (series), Osamu Tezuka's Dororo (PS2), Astro Boy Omega Factor (GBA), Animal Crossing (series).
I will play pretty much everything and can often find redeeming qualities in all games with the exception of Metal Dungeon (Xbox). That was the ONLY game to put me to sleep, seriously.
My favorite genres are Action/Adventure and RPG (also included Tactics and Strategy).
I have an art degree and spend much of my free time (when I'm NOT playing games), creating digital art and painting.
