Just so you are aware, the FULL RGB settings are for OLDER PC-level color TVs. Turning on the Full RGB settings on TVs will make the colors look darker, but it will also crush the blacks and cause problems in the output of the picture. What they should change that setting to say is "PC RGB" or "TV RGB".
I made this post on the IGN boards not too long ago to someone who said something very similar to what you said.
"RGB Full, before anyone says a word, is misleading. It is meant for PC style DVI displays that used 0-255 color values as base. Modern HDTV's used 16-235, and using Full compresses these channels and resamples the color data - which can accentuate or even cause additional banding."
Now you know why this setting is not used for PROFESSIONAL reviewers.
