its funny you mention that....I just got of the phone with MS support regarding my xbox I sent in a couple weeks ago. They said well its on its way.
Cool I thought.....I asked, "Sir do you think that there is anything that I can do to prevent this from happening again after all this is my third box repair."
He says, "No if it breaks...you send back we will replace!" <broken english go figure, but hey I wouldn't want that job!>
It sucks cause the day after I rented the game it shot craps on me. I asked if I could get reimbursed for the downtown. They said flat out no.
While I like what microsoft does with their platform, I got to admit this is getting past old to just ludacris.
