Actually on this site in particular, I'm seeing lots of arguments against getting the Xbox 360 version based on RROD. This is laughable as it makes out all those people are going to be playing for 100 hours non stop.

Other arguments are based on hearsay and a review that hasn't been granted as "Official", and even then is inconclusive as to which is the best version (as stated in said review). View

What's next?
Microsoft have announced nothing yet and for all we know a bundle could be announced in the next few days. People here are quick to say MS are screwed or have messed up, but until the 29th arrives, we can only speculate what they have planned. For all we know they could come out with some mega bundle that includes free access to the first batch of DLC, GTA Themed controllers and console, 3 months Xbox Live all for under £200.

My point is, until MS unleash their campaign, we can't really make judgments as to whether they have got it right or not. View

What if?
@Black - what if the DLC is actually worth paying the $10 - $15 for? As a gamer it's all based on personal preference and value. I might think the DLC is amazing and well worth it, does this mean I lose? At least I have that choice to purchase more stuff if I want to. As a gamer, that's pretty important to me. My PS3 wont offer me that choice, which is why you'll find the majority of dual console owners go for the Xbox 360 version. View

Nothing revealed yet
No price has been given for the DLC, so therefore it's safe to assume at this point that some might even be free of charge.

None of the additional content has been properly revealed yet - so who knows what to expect - as the article says DLC could include additional multiplayer maps and modes...stuff that can be used on day one and is irrespective of how much of the single player you've played.

The point of the article was not to place all emphasis on DLC as a purchasing factor, but as it pointed out the pricing and other deals are going to also play a role.

Microsoft hasn't started its campaign yet but surely this will be sooner rather than later? View

has Microsoft /Toshiba invested in this project?
This kind of development most certainly makes a strong case for Digital Distribution. But as someone said will take years to be the norm. If MS has not invested in this project, them I'm confident it's taking a very close look at the technology. View

Will Microsoft eventually copy home or go one better?
Feasible I guess. I'm interested in a release date more than anything. Damn those lucky BETA testers.

SONY guy talks up SONY product, now there's a surprise. View
