You're about the 10 millionth person to contact EA sports tech support about a problem concerning EA products. I've been talking with them over Tiger Woods for 3 years now and it only gets worse. Even taking part in a developer meeting via the web did absolute squat.

I don't understand why people don't believe you actually did this. If you said it was from a developer then I wouldn't believe it but I don't recall you saying that anywhere. It's just a tech support person responding to queries folks. It's quite common and extremely simple to do. All you have to do is go to the EA tech support page and submit your query...I guarantee you will get a response. It might not be one you like or one that even makes sense, but, you will get one.

Go there and see for yourself peeps. Guarantee you get a response within 24 hours.

The real problem with these reviews are the actual scores. They all mention problems with glitches, bugs, and frame rate (for some) yet they continue to dish out 9's and 8.5's. As long as they keep handing out these impressive scores for sub par EA products, EA won't change a thing. View
