i've been reading these comments since yesterday and tried to stay out of this stupid discussion, but there's so much misinformation of this topic, its crazy.

# 1 - yes, facebook on any console is stupid.....period

#2 - facebook works on the PS3 browser fine.......ANYONE THAT SAYS DIFFERENT IS A F*CKIN LIAR!!!!!!

no its probably not the optimal way to access facebook, but it does work. all this sh!t about not being able to comment or reply while using the PS3 browser is nonsense. i never use facebook on my PS3 but i did last night just because of this "article". it works.........get over it. View

the demo is REALLY good......i play it everyday View

the performance on my mac is on another level and so far i've had absolutely no problems at all.

plus if there's ever a time where i HAVE to use an application that's for PC only, i just run VMware Fusion, and i pick which Windows OS i want to use (i have both XP and Windows 7 installed) and it runs in parallel with OSX with seamless integration

with VMware, i have absolutely no need for a PC. yes macs cost more, but in the long run i think they're worth a few extra bucks. i don't not work with any type of design programs or anything like that. i use my mac for regular everyday office work and personal uses and i've been more than satisfied.

i will never go back.........NEVER View

it didn't have half of the things the last fews games had (ie: owning properties or businesses)
the gameplay was boring (ie: bowling and playing darts)
no customization of anything

add to the fact that R* said it wasn't the game they wanted to make because of 360 limitations and you easily have the worst game in the GTA series. i have both of the previously released games for the PSP and both were much better than GTA IV. in no way did it deserve a 10......maybe a 9...... yes....to me, nothing major

a major update feature was background dling, in-game XMB (which still has been barely implemented....no custom soundtracks for every game), cross-game chat, things like that. we don't have anything on that level.

the features they added were cool, but none were groundbreaking. just kinda cool. i'm not trying to put it down, i just think you guys get too excited over the little things. when they come out with an update that gives us all the things we've been asking for, i'll be the first one to give them props. but not for an update of stuff nobody really cared about or asked for. the things they fixed, like the clock, could've been done anytime and the new icons under the video and game sections are kinda annoying to me. the animated themes are cool though. i see the update....and its cool and all, but besides the use of two audio outputs and the animated themes i haven't seen much that i found to be excited about. they fixed small things like the clock but stuff like that could've been changed anytime.

i just wish they'd give us something new instead of new ways to do the same thing..........plus they're no new themes and i'm not impressed with the sprinkles. i know more will come though.

*EDIT*
i just downloaded the LBP theme for $2.99 and while this scratches the no new themes issue, it starts a new one with premium themes.......they should have some free ones or at least include them in the Qore View

but i think its because of the "What's New" area, also no animated themes
