Some serious pedantry going on in the reports here I feel. Too common these days at N4G in my view.

Remember folks, N4G is a traffic driving site to an extent, it exists for journalists just as it does for readers. To that end I see nothing wrong with this submission at all.

Also reporting a story for having the score included in the N4G submission, claiming it is a spoiler is just daft. Loads of submissions have the score in the actual title and nobody complains so what makes this different? View

Have any of you actually read the article? The author has actually quite alot of positive things to say about the PS3 and finishes by saying that only a fool would consider the PS3 out of the race.

The comments here are the typical reactionary fare that typifies this site. Seriously, in future try actually reading the article before letting your dog brained claptrap gush unchecked into the world. View

I think that the next Nintendo handheld will share alot of the DS's characteristics - touchscreens (maybe multi-point), mic, wi-fi - but I think it will be branded differenttly and will have a new focus. Personally I would settle for something resembling a cross between a DS and a Gamecube with online access to the Virtual console and some of the other wii channels.

I really like what Nintendo has done with their online stuff, i.e. the wii channels and standardising them across multiple platforms would be very cool. View

I think this is really going to be a great boost for the PS3 especially with the mods (here's hoping some people with the know how won't just focus on the PC community for that).

Microsoft, if you are listening, please make it happen on the 360 too. View

Am I missing something? This game looks like fun but visually it is not amazing at all. I think Heavenly Sword or COD4 have much better visuals overall from what I have seen. Nice animation though. View

I really don't understand the stupidity of the owner of this machine. Letting an expensive piece of electronics that you have paid good money for get into that state is one thing. Not bothering to even make the slightest effort to clean the thing at least a little bit before sending it in for repair borders on moronic.

What was he expecting? The guy that owns this console doensn't deserve to have a PS3, Xbox 360 or a Wii if this is how he treats his belongings and Sony was quite right to void his warranty. View

Can you imagine how awsome it would be if they offered some sort of GTA bumper pack with achivements and online modes. Unlikely I know but it would be outrageously cool!

Oddworld Stranger's Wrath = Best ever original Xbox game. There I've said it.

After the commercial failure of Stanger's Wrath Lanning bowed out of the gaming industry which is a great shame. If there is one IP I would love to be given a new lease of life on the 360 it would be Oddworld. Lanning is a genious story teller and the character art is some of the most original and interesting in the history of gaming if you ask me. I'd sooner have an Oddworld action platformer to a new Banjoe Kazooie game anyday. View

This really does suck, I guess the next bit of bad news is that the release will be staggered worldwide meaning that it is possible we won't get the game here in Europe until closer to 2009.

Still it means that I don't have to spend 400 euros on a PS3 quite so soon. View

Stop reporting legitimate stories. This is from an Atari press release making it pretty solid news. Websites are not obligated to link to or print in full press releases from companies, it does not mean that they are lying.

If this affects the EU launch of the game, then I will be dissapointed too (as long as this game stays exclusive, it is the only reason I will be buying a PS3 in the new year), but that is no excuse for doggedly reporting anything negative about the PS3. View

Here's a question, with the 360 wireless reciever that allows you to use your 360 controllers for games for windows titles, is the support for the pad all there and ready to go assuming you have the controller and the reciever.

I have never been a keys and mouse guy and the thought of being able to hook a PC up to an awsome tv and play crisis or Gears with a 360 controller really appeals. View
