I think that what Zelda needs is a larger world. This would allow for more levels (which is part of what made a Link to the Past great), and more classic Hyrule land features. Tp didn't even include Death Mountain.
Sadly, making Link left handed is now unlikely after TP introduced motion control to the series. View

I agree, I would prefer GH because they treat Wii owners as equals to other console owners, rather than giving all of the exclusive content and earlier release dates to others (which isn't exactly what they're doing)

Besides, I like GHWT's track list a lot better. Quality vs. Quantity. View

I disagree. The only reason Zelda didn't work well on Wii was because it was technically a gamecube game where wrist flicking replaced button mashing. That's why nintendo needs to give the next Zelda 1:1 sword fighting, otherwise, it will be idealy the same as twilight princess. If Nintendo plays their cards right, this Zelda game could probably take away Mario Galaxy's title of "Best game on the Wii so far" in Nintrndo Power. View

What's bad about 1:1 sword fights? I think that would improve Zelda because, then it wouldn't end up like twilight princess, where wrist flicking replaced button mashing. In that sense, zelda controls would be doomed to be out of place on the Wii. I think that 1:1 should be optional View

I will not stop praying until I see a trailer for a new Zelda. Sure, they can always verbally announce a new Zelda, which they've pretty much confirmed if you search the archives, but I won't stop until I find a trailer.

Besides, I'm sure that their announcements about new games from now on will be games that include Wii motion plus. After spring 08, most Wii games will use Wii motion plus. View

First party games are when you actually work to sell more software!
I hope that you xbots realize that without Final Fantasy 13, Microsoft would've had the worst show of all. All they did was:
-copy the Wii's home
-copy Miis
-reveal third party games.

Nintendo could've told the third party developers about Wii Motion Plus months before E3, but that would risk an early leak. At least the third-party developers have months to create games around Wii Motion Plus. They're lucky that nintendo didn't wait to announce it until just before release. View
