What gets me is that this isn't about porn at all. The theme was about "my first time." It didn't mean it had to have sex in it... and the winning entry didn't have sex in it at all. The did something about going out on a date and trying to catch a man.
And why is "losing your virginity" seen as something racy or controversial??? Last time I checked, most of us eventually lose our virginity. The question is to whom, at what age, and in what situation. Why does losing one's virginity automatically translate into controversy? My mom lost her virginity, as did my dad... to each other... on their wedding night. You can convey "conservative" religious values with that theme as much as it does more modern values.
This just translates into "all sex is bad," and no matter how you look at it, even the most intense interpretation doesn't say that. Sex is not immoral. It's how you use it.
