6% is a very big deal.

No doubt the gaming media is corrupt. Gamespot and IGN are just flat out abysmal to name just two. G4 is terrible too. Sessler and company may not be corrupt as they claim however they're just lousy critics who buy too much into hype and don't spend enough time with each game. Fable 2 GOTY? Roflcopter.

Gamespot even got caught in very suspicious behavior a couple years ago--

Game Informer, Eurogamer, and Edge seem to have the most credibility in my eyes as far as major sites go. I may not always agree but at least they have the integrity to not always give a 9 or 10 to the latest blockbuster exclusive. View

EA's market cap is 6.42 billion
MSFT's market cap is 229.18 billion

MSFT's gaming division is a small part of MSFT. MS buying EA would be an expansion of their gaming division and is very possible. View

I wonder if these Sony fanboys realize that they give Halo free publicity with their negative blog posts and reviews? No one is going to think, "oh wait, some random dude on the internets doesn't like Halo. I think I won't buy Halo 3: ODST" They're more likely to be reminded that ODST is out and consider buying it after checking the buzz out on a major gaming website. View

the art direction and epicness of Halo graphics is unmatched on consoles.

too many graphic nerds are dumbly obssessed with photo-realism to flex their epeen however it's not the end-all, be-all.

most great artists shun photo-realistic styles because it's generally bland. Halo 3 is still one of the best looking games out there because of it's great art direction and creativity. View
