Did anyone else notice that in the source story, the link that "confirms" this quote by Franklin is broken? I mean did Franklin say this to Nintendoeverything.com,and if not where does the quote originate from?

That Ominusha cinema is something else, sadly I never played the Ominusha series. As for halo 2, the ending is quite good, but I still don't like the game >.>. Also, yes I'm pretty sure MGS4 will definitely be on that list soon, seeing how Kojima is a genius when it comes to cinemas. View

I'm black, as you can tell from the article. Personally, when I first viewed the trailer I could understand where people from the outside were coming from. With no prior knowlodge of the series they would take it a whole different way and pounce on it before even digging deeper. I call it the gut reaction.

It was kind of the same reaction I had the first time I viewed it, but I understood the history of the RE series and therefore understood the context which the trailer was put in. My point with this writing was to say that we can't jump down the throat of something, when other games are overtly disgraceful and have no legitamate plot or reason to back up its content.
