Here are the advantages of natal over PS3 motion cotrol said in the article:

-Project Natal Has a Microphone (The PlayStation Eye does too)
-Project Natal Can Scan Items Into The Game (So can the PS3 Motion Control)
-Natal Looks Physically Better (And why does that matters?)

Advantages of PS3 Motion Controller over natal:

-Games Catalogue
-Release Dates
-Cost
(Stuff that matters!)
