Dude i am not going to read you entire comment since i can see that is bunch of non sense. it doesn't matter if you have 2 degrees that doesn't mean you are correct every time you open you mouth, especially not in this case when you are writing bunch of crap that makes you look like clueless 15 year old.
Once again sales are important! Is it Sony or any other publisher it doesnt matter. Also i used Shenmue and Okami as an example, not published by Sony, but it seems you dont know that?
If game does not sell well no matter how good reviews are or how good game is in fans eyes, you are not going to see sequel if sales are bad and publisher looses ton of money, and this is where GAMERS LOSE. I WANT another Shenmue, but Sega is not going to invest one single dollar is IP that made them lose 30-50 million dollars. Even if that game has its hard core fan base, it is not enough to justify production and development of another sequel, so IP dies, Sega moves on, WE GAMERS LOSE.
And Mr. 2 degree stop making fool of your self, because thats what you are doing here, you "opinion" is stupid and cant prove LOGIC wrong no matter how hard you try. I wont replay any more, this i wrote so other members can read. View

They all have different engines. Insomniac has its own engine, GG its own developed for what KZ2 needed, and same goes for motorstorm. Sony is not MS to buy Unreal Engine 3 licence and use it for 80% of its "exclusives" (GeOW 2, Bioshock, Crackdown, Mass Effect, etc.). So you wont see Sony games having same plastic wet look. Even though Sony has its own engine and tools but it is not limited and over used.
You mention amazing lightning? Well this is PS3 bro, only getting in its second year and games look amazing already. By January 09 it is all over, and than comes final blow KZ2 in feb and God of War 3 in March. View

"Lately"? dude its been like that for years. Since PS2 to be more precise, but since Sp3 launched it has reached new level, open one, for first time they (journalist) show their bias and dont care what gamers think. Just way to many sites, so called "experts"(most of them uneducated), people with opinion. It is always "I! I THINK THIS! I think that! I! I ! I!". It is never what wider audience might think, it is always what that certain journalist thinks that ends up in preview. Like for example IGN KZ2 preview. That guy is writing his feeling and how "HE" is not overwhelmed. Screw gamers that might be overwhelmed, he is the one that matters.
I hope gaming journalism collapses one day, like gaming did durring Atari with fload of shi..y games, now there is a fload of podcasts, sites, blogs and other useless pointless stuff. View

Is anyone surprised? GTA4 is 2 big of a franchise to just release DLC for one system. They can make way more than 50 million releasing DLC for PS3 lol.
360 DLC is either time exclusive or exclusive 100% but that doesnt mean PS3 is not going to get something. Remmeber GTA4 is here to stay for few years. View

Reading NeoGaf more people are impressed with "Mirrors Edge" than with "Killzone 2", i am afraid KZ2 is going to be flop, not sales wise, the way it was hyped it is going to sell big, but somehow that game feel empty, no soul. They said (developers on Playstation forum) that they have improved facial animation, but it looks same as one from E307. Rico (black guy) still look like he had botox injection all over his face, or like he had a stroke or something(looking at new vid very we see him briefly). This event has been major let down. View
