Being too hard on Call of Juarez: BiB?

As a fairly avid gamer and someone who enjoys scouring the internet and my local gamestop for news of upcoming games. I noticed a few days ago that of the 5 different websites I visited on videogames, 3 of them had adspace for the new Call of Juarez game.
That was my first hunch to maybe purchase it.
I visited Gamestop where an employee there told me he 'loved the new Call of Juarez' ...
