115 days 4 hours ago | by: DevonTheDude535
According to Metacritic.com, a website that averages review scores, GTA 4 on both PS3 and Xbox 360 have an average review score of 100 (out of 100) each, an unheard of feat! The only games that have scored even close (considering pc and 360) is Half-life 2, The Orange Box and Bioshock all with 96 point scores. GT5 release date officially leaked by Polyphony Digital?
125 days 6 hours ago | by: DevonTheDude535
I was one of the lucky people to participate in the GT5 Prologue developers chat with Polyphony Digital on the Playstation.com message boards. One question asked to the development team regarded the official release window for GT5 (the full game), they stated "Summer 2009". Here's hoping they stick to that date, more info coming soon.

Rumor: Harmonix didn't get the memo from Sony about the PS store update, Patch on the way?
125 days 23 hours ago | by: DevonTheDude535
If you check out the PS3 in-game Rockband store you will notice that Harmonix seemed to miss the memo about the new Playstation store that arrived with the firmware 2.3 update. The in-game store still uses the old web-based Playstation store interface. Strange seeing this with a big set of new DLC coming on Thursday 4/17 including Stay Alive, Harmonix track pack, and a new Classic Rock pack. Co...

Since the new Playstation store launched with the debut of firmware 2.3 the Rockband in-game music store has been broken. The in-game store still uses the web based interface of the old store, unfortunately you can't download DLC tracks in-game, you can only purchase them. Harmonix must be preparing a patch to remedy this problem. Otherwise to download the games one has to go into the new store...

GT5 Prologue has longer install time than DMC4 (~35mins)
125 days 23 hours ago | by: DevonTheDude535
If you bought the Blu-ray version of GT5 Prologue you are in for a treat , an install process that trumps DMC4's 20 minute install. GT5 Prologue must be copied to the HDD which took an excess of 20 minutes to install, on top of that a patch must be downloaded that takes about 15 minutes to download and install (~35 min total). So make 1.75 sandwiches or install DMC4 1.75 times (35/20 = 1.75), i...

Unannounced by Sony (officially), but rumored by one of N4g's premiere
posters Sev1512, with the launch of the brand new Playstation store

all the new content comes out Thursday. A few more game modes, remixed
music and new visuals are included in this DLC along with a title update, which is now
at ver...
