Trick for GTA: Liberty City Stories (PSP)- Get a Rhino Tank easily

This is actually a really interesting trick I found out while earning a 6-star wanted level because I got pissed off when I failed a mission.
First, make sure you have a good salvo of Grenades and Rocket Launcher Ammo (or any heavy-artillery 1st-person weapon). Get at least a 2-star wanted level, then go to the Safe House in Portland and hide behind the wall in front of the Safe House that's next to the driveway. Toss Grenades over the wall, and shoot down the helicopters as they come. Once you have a 6-star wanted level, make sure a Rhino tank is behind the wall (don't die while you peek) then if there is one go into your Safe House and save your game. When you go outside, you'll have no wanted level and the Tank will still be there. Get in the Tank (you may have to beat on the door a little first) and drive to a Safe House, put it in, and Presto! Your own Private Tank! Enjoy!
Note: The tank might not fit in every Safe House
