This is one mean trick. As you know there's 2 casinos in the Las Venturas area of the game. You can make over $20 million in an hour. Here's how.
First, SAVE YOUR GAME! Then, go to either the Four Dragons Casino or Caligula's Casino and play a $1,000,000 game of Blackjack (if you can't go $1 million, then do the next highest one until you can). If you lose the game of Blackjack, reset. If you win, go out, save your game and repeat. It's sad and cheating and wrong, but hey, it's a game, who cares?
