about Alan Wake, that maybe true but Remedy was never Microsoft's to begin with! even IF you're a fanboy and think that UC2 and KZ2 will look so much better on PC but Sony somehow forbid them to go for PC, that will be stupid considering that both devs are Sony's all along! if they are not developing any game for PC, that means, Sony is not developing any game for PC but for Remedy not to make the PC version after all this time announced the game as PC and 360, that's another story my friend. and by another story, I mean MONEY PLAY story! View

for me, Nintendo is dead with the Wii! they were afraid to compete in the high end market like Sony and M$ thus came out with the Wii - overclocked GC with motion controller!

what else are there to be expected from them actually? after all the success, they came out with NSMB Wii? a rehashed Mario that we've played many years back just wit 3 more players and also available on DS! and they keep coming with non-gaming things like the vitality sensor! seriously, if you're in need for vitality check you need a doctor, not a Wii! RIP Nintendo in the grave of casualty! View

as opposed to the more developed countries
game stores in the other developing countries are still selling mostly the PS2! like in my country, PS2 remains the main selling console, although hacked (sold pre-modded), those are still considered as sold unit for sony! I can see that the PS2 will still survive this year and even the next! I was also thinking of buying another 1 but now I'm too busy with newer games! View

I wuoldn't know because I haven't played the game and I'm broke!

but I agree at the point that games today are mostly easy! I don't really care for hints and everything but the regenerating health is one of the main culprit which is making games less and less challenging and defy strategies! that's one of the reason I really love R:FoM! it still regenerates but depends on column which somehow makes every moves counts! I understand the needs of progressing the story like many games today but I think challenge should at least be considered! I know I'm not going to be frustrated dying over a challenge but cheap death like an AI can shoot me while I'm jumping randomly using a basic rifle from miles away is!

my only complaint about Uncharted is the puzzles are way too easy! View

during the early days of the PS3 where there were not many games and not to mention that multiplats almost always looked worst than the 360 and during the time when 360 has so many highly rated games ie 2007, it was all about "the 360 is the best gaming console", "PS3 has no games" "PS3 is doomed", "PS3 is a movie player" etc!

now that the Ps3 is selling well and has plenty of high profile games and not to forget the best looking console games available and still maintaining the free PSN, suddenly it is about "It's Just a Piece of Technology"! - what a BIG FAT JOKE!

yeah sure it's just a piece of technology and Uncharted 2 is just another games being released into the market but this is not about being just another one. it's an "achievement"! to not appreciate and playing down what the Sony team has achieved with the PS3 and its games is showing the true color of fanboyism inside you! sure you can be a dedicated 360 fan as you will but tell me if you would rather play the same rehashed games one after another with near to no improvement and pay full price for it ala MW2, GH, L4D2, ODST? I'd rather stop gaming if there's nothing new that the gaming media can offer me to amaze me every once in a while! View

PC is always more advanced from consoles because of its open platform nature, no question about that! the title is saying the PC is the real next gen, ok no sh1t sherlock!

come on now. individually, yes you can have the best setup in the world but what are the most played games on PC? WoW, Sims3, Starcraft, CS etc which are running superb on 3 to 4 year old mid end PCs! it's fact that there are less and less high budget games released for PC and to back the fact, benchmark for Pc games performance is Crysis - a game released in 2007! the thing is, no matter how powerful the PC platform is, best games are moving on to the consoles! sticking with the PC will not give you the chance of playing GoTY for these last 2 years you know! View

it's kinda obvious that they are putting the multiplat crown on 360
but multiplats are multiplats! minus some exclusive contents for some games, single console owner like myself, (I have quite a good PC though) will be able to enjoy the games albeit the other version is a tad bit better looking, which I don't really care! in terms of lineup, it's no other than the battle for exclusive! for 2009, you can never go wrong with KZ2, inFAMOUS, Uncharted 2, GoW Collection, Demon's Souls, R&C, Fat Princess, Flower etc! you get the point View
