This isn't really buyer's regret.

Once upon a time, one guy made a critcism about another console.
Someone argued back..
Initially they were both gamers and appreciated all consoles but they had preferences.
As they argued, they began to take the criticism to heart, and hence a fanboy was born.

As more gamer's come in contact with this 'creature', they become infected.. and eventually become one them selves, even if they dont want to.
But ofc, some people have immunity..

And I'm not saying I'm immune.

c'mon 360 has it's share of online games too.

Halo 3/ODST, Gears, etc etc.

Just saying.. but i do have alot more diverse games on my friends list on psn vs Live View

Yeah, the 360 is easily ahead in number of players/sales.

Just like how ff13 has alot more ps3 sales.
There isn't much argument to be had anyway.

Plus I honestly think Mw2 doesn't deserve those 25 mil players..
But CoD4 deserved every player they had! View

I prefer Mouse/keyboard over controllers any day though.

But my PC rig isn't made for long hour gaming. It heats up pretty fast.
The only reason why I buy my FPSs on console.. ofc I'm not a big fan of FPSs.
Last FPS I bought was in Feb 09. I borrow a few games here and there from my friends and they never stuck with me.
MAG beta nearly had me going, but decided to get WKC instead (good call on my part, I'm loving every minute of WKC... most of you on my friend's list probably already realized that lol)

Then there was bfbc2.. WOW the beta was a blast. Maxed out every class for the fun of it...
But then I got into WKC and forgot about this gem.

I'm actually considering picking up GoW3 and Bfbc2 on my b'day, this wednesday.

Actually my spring break starts 22nd march, so it'll be great timing too.

Oh yeah, Mw2.
Um, no doubt about it. My Live account's friend list is still full of Mw2. While my ps3 counterpart is all over the place (from games from June 08.. like MGS4, and more recent games like Demons souls and inFAMOUS.)

I'm personally not a fan of MW2.. i enjoyed the Spec ops mode but the lack of match making broke it for me.

But anyways, Kodus to IW for it. View

While I loved ME2, It was hell of a ride.

They definitely lessed the RPG aspect though. A sacrifice I wasn't willing to make. View

we aren't comparing the PS3 lineup vs Wii.
Because the Ps3 lineup is always top notch.

But the PS Move software lineup isn't so hot.. atm.

E3 will fill alot of those software. so till then PS Move doesn't really have alot of support like the Wii does..
Granted that Wii is just motion games for the most part, while sony does DS3 and PS Move now. View

I think merging genre is stupid.
I want my RPGs to be RPGs.. not be Action RPGs.
Traditional JRPGs should stay JRPGs.
I dont want every genre eventually ending up as every other game.

I think FF13 was a great experiment. but i dont want it to lose all of it's JRPG element just bcoz the dev feels like he wants to move towards Uncharted 2 presentation.

There is a reason why I don't call uncharted 2 a RPG..
FF13 offers the least content compared to it's previous iterations. And to me, that is a step backward.
Why I loved FF series is dieing.
You know it's like say your making GoW4.. and the gameplay and everything is totally different from the previous entries.. then is it a true sequel? Imo, no. If your leaving your fan-base behind, you missed the reason why we wanted a sequel.

I'm not saying I wont love the new ff installments. I bet I'm going to love ff13.. just because I hold on to JRPG like a dieing breed.

I just want to see FF series return to it's former glory.. (which was FFX imo) View

Which if you read, say something about the guy. So people are now just bashing the guy for his history and dont expect him to change. So they bash his current article w/o reading it.

I really think it's too early to let go of uncharted.
It's in it's infancy stage, and ND will be busy on uncharted for atleas tthe next few years.

But I think after U3, or U4, they should move on to another franchise (old or new).

I like when games come in trilogies. they keep the franchies from being milked. but i dont mind the occasionaly 4-5 games from a franchise. View
