This is the first review that I can recall...
...to speak of the games length. Four to Five hours without the cut scenes is meh :(. For a shoddy PS3 port I'd feel slighted purchasing this game for more than $24, new.

Wow part of me hopes that the 360 crowd doesn't support this game now. View

Yeah I agree with those senitments...
...because I borrowed AC1 and enjoyed it considerably, after all it was free. I bought AC2 new got all the trophies and the story just got more convoluted and I was left thinking WTF. I think I'm going to just rent the next one :(

The graphics wont change much although they were nice, and while I enjoyed 2 MUCH more than 1 I'd kind of feel like it was more of the same :( Desmond is going to be an assassin in another time using the animus someplace else and get another piece of the puzzle. I feel badly saying it, but I'm not interested in another AC game now :( even though I enjoy the game.

My feelings could TOTALLY change and I can be swept up in the hype like anybody else but for now I think I'm done with Desmond. I'd rather play as Altair in his time living his life as an Assassin. View

Well I had the feeling this was the case...
...but this just makes me feel less enthusiastic about keeping the game to buy the rest of it. I prefer to not give them more money for the rest of the game I should've already gotten.

I'm just going to wait till my brother buys the DLC and borrow/DL them from his PSN. Guess I'm trading AC2 for credit somewhere :( View

Yep I wouldn't release a game...
...like LP2 in the spring it's suicide. I'd release in mid summer when usually there's little to play. The release calendar cluster kcuf of early 2010 could be called the result of the MW2 affect.

All these games moved back to get slammed in the early part of the year. Now there's so much to buy again and inevitably something is going to be overlooked and fail from a sales prospective.

The first half of 2010 is bloated with games and somebody's getting screwed. Developers would be better served spreading their games out over the year to give their games some breathing room. View

I disagree....
...one because I didn't buy MW2, you can check my PSN id to confirm. Two I doubt this game will ever be patched if the original developer didn't want to touch the port of the game. Three I've learned a very VERY long time ago that you should judge the final solely based on the demo...regardless of how good or bad you think it is. View

Rental...
...and this is the only support I'd give for a crappy port. 360 gets the definitive version of Bayonetta. It's almost 2010 and developers still cannot program for the PS3...so sad for us PS3 only owners when we desire to buy a multiplatform game :(

What's next?! Aquaman gonna drown in the bath tub?!

Edit: Baka this game will sell at least 600k+ on the 360. Also this is a very blanket statement on my part but I expect a lot of younger gamers will find a way to get their parents to purchase Bayonetta.

This game probably would've appealed to me if I was about 18 years younger than I am now. Likewise given my age and finances I cannot afford a poor multiplatform port. Just doesn't make good economic sense when other multiplatform games are indistinguishable between consoles. View

Totally agree...
Batman AA is my favorite comic book super hero game. inFamous is my favorite super hero/villain game.

If Sucker Punch smooths out their engine, and adds more mission types on top of the same good super hero/villain story it'll be AMAZING!! I really like inFamous a LOT :)

I can see inFamous 2 moving forward in term of quality and overall product like Uncharted: DF to Uncharted2: AT. So very please with inFamous and cannot wait for a sequel. View

...I finished the game and got the platinum trophy. Even though I haven't completed all of the mission types available and they are a good variety to keep one busy. I'd rather have those other two chapters...but at this rate I might sell the game before they ever are available :( View

I agree...
...besides Killzone 2, Resistance 2 has been the only other FPS I've been able to make the time to play. I dabbled in MAG for a bit and will have to retire R2 if I buy that game.

I don't see how people play more than 2 FPS online at a time and really commit any reasonable time to them unless that's all they play. Either way I still really enjoy K2 multiplayer. You cannot be a slouch and play K2. It's not for the twitch FPS that's for sure. View

Going to make sure I download this beta...
...but over night. Just in case its the usual 2+ gig download they had with the first beta. Nothing worse than seeing 2+ gigs in the download screen que only to have the connection time out again and again. Hope that's fixed! Anyway I'm all over MAG or should I say it'll be all over me...hell I don't know... View

RE series reboots thunder...
...was stolen by Dead Space for me. RE5 was okay but Dead Space gave me everything I expected RE5 to deliver and then some. Anything CAPCOM has planned with RE6 or whatever RE game they decide to produce next will be compared to Dead Space.

The movie franchise also needs a serious reboot as well. View

Must be a lot of upset Japanese...
...folks without copies now. I wonder if they can even get more pressed and shipped before the end of the year.

Anyway I wonder if SE was playing it safe only pressing a million copies of the game. Just seems odd they didn't produce more copies of the game that all of Japan has been aching the play.

I'd guess at least half of the people with PS3s there wanted a copy of this game. Just an educated guess considering how loyal the Japanese gamers seem to be towards certain games regardless of console. This game will easily pass 2.5 million by the next batch they ship. View

Yes its impressive...
...but what's a bit disheartening is regardless of how good it looks it will be overshadowed by any other game at the end of the year by our so-called game journalist. They'll say it was unoriginal, does nothing new and could have looked better if it weren't for the jaggies somewhere on screen that anyone without a microscope cannot see.

..."The problem with taking a long time to develop a game is that other games can steal your thunder by doing some of the things you were trying to do... and getting to market before you."

I'm personally ready for an interesting virtual experience with Heavy Rain. I'm not under the misconception that it's just a regular game but I'm considering it an interactive movie more than anything else. Kind of puts me in the mind of the experience I got when I first played Flower. It's a game but more of an experience if that makes sense. View

...I think it's only fair to say it lacked polish since it's only the demo. Even though I'm not expecting a dramatic change. Anyway my Delorean is in the shop so I cannot tell you what the final version is like yet :)

I booted up the GOW3 demo immediately after playing the DI demo and lets just say I haven't booted up the DI demo again :( That being said I still think DI will be a fun game but, in the end there will only be chaos. View
