Nope. I assumed that because if you look up any Too Human or ID review and look at the open zone(sometimes gamer zone as well) comments you'll see that 80% of the comments include the word 'flop'. Some people even went as far as creating accounts with the names "Flop Human" and "Too Hyped". Even on articles where the games scored well. If you come to N4G on a regular basis you know that people have been bashing the 360's RPG's like crazy, so my assumption is not empty.
I get the feeling you laid out that comment as bait so you could act like a smartass afterwards =)
I might be wrong of course, and in that case I take back what I said in my first comment.
