No game should get a perfect 10
You will always find it lacking in a certain area. However if you cut the review up into sections it is quite possible to earn tens in specific categories.

This isn't the first time this has happened.
Ubisoft had issues getting assassins creed to fit, when Haze was still being made for the 360 they had this issue as well, and epic said one of the reasons gears of war was short was due to space limitations.
I think multiplatform games are now being kept a certain size so that they can play on the 360.

if those are MUST HAVE titles.
FF Crystal Chronicles wasn't that great of a game the first time around.
Conduit only makes a blip on the radar because it isn't usually crappy Wii graphics. Other than that it's a typical shooter. There are far more interesting FPS coming out on the 360 or PS3 I never even heard of the first Tales of Symphonia let alone it's sequel.

The Wii's success is based purely on.......
trend. Its's the new tickle-me-elmo (if anyone here is old enough to remember that craze). Trends last about 18 months and then start to fizzle out. It's been about that long. All over the net I see the same comment "My wii collects dust" and ebay is full of wii consoles. What exciting new Wii games are coming out after Mario Kart?

I think Sony is having a hard time trying to come up
with a reason to justify it. There's been severe backlash about DLC that is not worth it. I'm sure this worries Sony with all thier TVs, Furniture, and Apartment microtransactions. I'm also sure by now they realize that they missed what made second life so cool. Namely that people could make crap and sell it for linden. Sony it seems was trying to make a second life where they made everything and sold it for real money. Now that second life isn't hot anymore Sony is trying to do something else with home.

Xbox 360 great console? Compared to what? Need I remind you of the billion dollar RRoD debacle? XP stable?? XP isn't anymore stable than 98 it just doesn't drop you to the blue screen of death anymore. You can actually turn this feature off and see exactly how stable XP is. Not to mention the glaring security issues with XP. MS office? Why pay for that when open office does all that for free. Or google office. The last truely innovative thing Microsoft has done was windows 3.1

This isn't just one OS failure by microsoft.....
3 of the last 4 were failures. Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows Vista. Windows 2000 was really just a consumer version of NT, but far more users stuck with 98 and upgraded straight to xp than took the windows 2000 route. Witch ressesion coming to america I'm willing to bet microsofts next operating system will cost $50 not $200.

Epic did steal the idea, though it's not illegal it is poor form. How much would it have killed them to give this guy props in the media, a couple grand, a 360 signed by everybody on the team, and a copy of the game. Maybe bring him on board temporarily to tweak his own map and give him a shot at a job.

Because "I PAY FOR THE FREAKIN GAMES!!!!!" The day a developer wants to give a game to me for free is the day I won't feel entitled. Otherwise the developer is the stripper. I got the $1,$5,$10 and they're going to shake their @$$ the way I tell them to shake it.

I play games primarily on the console. Because nothing worth building a new rig has come out for the PC. When I play games like UT3 and Oblivion on the console, I long for my computer and it's limitless mod abilities.
