Key things to look for:
- 2.5" Size (Notebook/Laptop size)
- SATA (also known as Serial ATA)
- 5400RPM (Preferably, a 7200RPM will give you an average of a +5 degrees fahrenheit increase in heat for quicker read speeds)
In other words, it's compatible. :)
I'm impressed that there's already a 500GB out in the market, I should upgrade mine's once again. Just be careful with the screws, the heads wear out easily which can render a Phillips screwdriver useless. I learned that the hard way. But in case it happens, use pliers (non-cutting preferably) and rotate them with care to screw them in or out.
